ACS Case Management System Materials

We are promoting this Staff Application which is the primary case management system used for documenting, tracking, and managing services for Army clients and families. It ensures comprehensive support—including financial, relocation, and deployment readiness—by facilitating standardized care across installations, including specialized tracking for the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) and Family Advocacy Program (FAP).
